Thanks for the sweet Comment, Ashley. :) I think the smoothie would be great with out the Almond Butter, I just added it for extra protein. You can find Coconut oil at any natural food store. I was told that if you are buying Coconut oil you should only buy the Extra Virgin, Organic kind. I also use Coconut oil as the kids lotion. It's really good to eat and use on the skin and hair! You should check it out. It has really helped with River's Cradle cap and Eczema.
