I might tell you...

If I were to post something today, I might tell you that one year ago yesterday was my first blog post.

I might tell you that I am having a rough time adjusting back to a normal schedule.

I might tell you that my kids both have a yucky cough and are on steroids.

I might tell you that the steroid has made both of them wire-y.

I might tell you that neither napped yesterday.

I might tell you that my mom is coming to visit this weekend and I am really excited to see her.

I might tell you that I am looking forward to hanging out with our friends while we watch the Superbowl.

I might tell you that I am also really excited about making food for the Superbowl, even though I don't know what I will make.

I might ask you for suggestions on what to make.

I might tell you that I feel a little overwhelmed by the amount of housework I have to do and all the things I need to get caught up on.

I might tell you that I need a hair cut something terrible.

I might also tell you that I cannot decide whether to grow my hair out or cut it off again.

I might tell you that Noah is in three weddings in the next two months.

I might tell you that I am considering buying my little man a tuxedo rather than renting one over and over and over again.

I might tell you that I want the henna to come off of my hand and arm.

I might also tell you that Brad's grandpa is in the hospital and it was really hard for me to see him there.

I might also tell you that Noah and I have had several conversations in the last two days about why it is polite to keep our 'business' in our pants and keep our pants pulled up at all times.

I might tell you that my body does not handle carbonation well.

I might tell you that I did not have that many carbonated beverages in India, but none the less, I am on a cranberry juice diet right now.

I might tell you that I pouted today when Brad did not bring me the Starbucks I was hoping for this morning.

I might remind you that I have been out of the country for twelve days, missing my husband terribly.

I might also add that the country I visited has nothing by our standards, including no Starbucks. And that many of the inhabitants live on monthly wages less than the cost of one latte.

I might tell you that I was more than disappointed in myself for feeling the need to pout about not getting my morning coffee.

But, this is just if I were to post something today.

I might tell you that you are one of my favorite people in the whole world. And that my henna is almost completely gone. ;)

And I might tell you that I am planning on making the ever popular pigs in a blanket for the Super Bowl party we are going to. That and Chocolate Chex mix, and you can find the recipe on the back of the Chocolate Chex box. I highly reccommend both, as they are extremely yummy.

Glad you're back!

Hey Ash...sorry your kids are not feeling well (welcome home to you!) sorry you did not get the anticipated coffee, and what? Brad did not hire a maid to come clean the house and do the laundry before you got home????? My vote is for you to keep your hair short, I LOVE IT!

My opinion on the suit thing is that if buying a suit is cheaper than renting it 3 times, BUY IT, if its the same or more expensive than the rentings, then don't buy since he will probably not fit in it next year. Just a thought.

And about the recipe, I'll call you later about it...I just made a Paula Dean recipe for bacon wrapped chicken pieces "breaded" in brown sugar and chili powder mixture...they were very yummy

I'm sorry your kids are sick. That's rotten since you've been out of country and all. :( Hope they get to feeling better soon.

And I'm trying to decided whether to let my hair grow back out or not, too. I've got a poll going on at my blog. My hubby's even lobbying for long hair...I was so surprise that he even blogged about it! And he thinks this blog thing is so silly.

Have a good weekend! Go Cardinals!!!

Hey! Glad you are back! I want to get together to hear all of your stories. Also, I have started reading The Pioneer Woman's blog (wow, she's good) because I saw the link on your blog and she has some really good lookin' super bowl food recipes on there. Just wanted to let you know, because I know you were looking for some suggestions. I hope your kiddos are feeling better. Hopefully I'll see you soon!

I might tell you that your husband had guys night while you are gone and if I were a betting woman, I would say that one of those boys probably taught Noah his new trick!! HA! Just kidding. Oh the tux thing. We bought my nephew one for our wedding at Wal-Mart. It totally looked like everyone elses and was like $20.00. Anyway, hope your kiddo's get to feeling better soon.

Wal-Mart, really? I will definitely check that out. That is much cheaper than what I have found. But, buying still beats renting it three times. Thanks, Amy!
