I am not usually one to make things known until the details are worked out and everything is finalized, but I am going to let you in on a little secret.
I'm a looker. I usually have an idea of what is on the market, but we were not planning to actually move anytime soon. I mean, come on, we are busy enough without moving and re-doing another house. But the Lord worked some things out and if He finishes what he has begun, and I'm sure He will, we will be moving soon.
It's exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. The house is great! It's in a great neighborhood, has an amazing yard and will give us much more room. But... it needs a lot of cosmetic work. The work always seems more fun in theory than when it actually comes down to doing it, ya know?
Pray our house sells fast, please.
Today I cleaned seven trash bags full of clothes out of my closet. That's pathetic. Sometimes I disgust myself with the things that I think I need.
I would rather have been searching the pages of magazines looking at home ideas. It's fun dreaming up ideas for a new house! I'm open for suggestions...

I will pray for your house to sell, if you pray for mine. We have had ours off and on the market for two years this month. We are in the process of waiting for a couple to decide if they want to purchase ours at $275,000 less than it was listed at two years ago :( I have one word of advice for you. Do not take things with you. Get rid of them before you move..........hee hee I can speak from experience! A new home is always exciting. Have a great weekend.

How exciting!! We (my hubby & and I) are full of home ideas......we have binders full of home plans, finishes, color swatches, texture samples.....blah blah blah. He builds custom homes and we've always loved to plan our dream home. So, I'm happy to give suggestions and *pretend* I'm a pro when it comes to all things about building/renovating a home. Can't wait to see the new house y'all have in mind.
I hope everything falls into place quickly for you guys. Change is always exciting!
Will be praying...it's no fun having a house for sale with little ones. We spent A LOT of time at my parents when ours was on the market. (But the good thing is, it got me out of cooking many dinners...the house was always showing around dinner, so obiviously, we had to go eat with the parents!)
I'm so excited for you guys, but come on. Let's just stay in the 1960's with our new orange/yellow/gold wall paper. Can't we just embrace the era instead of tearing down all that dreadfullness?
So much fun! I know it will all work out! We are having a garage sale soon and donating all of the money to a family in need if you want to put all of the stuff you are cleaning out to good use!!!
Fun times! Moving is my favorite thing ever. I'm here if you need a brain to pic about remodeling!
